As soon as your payment clears, ReHLDS + ReGameDLL, AMX Mod X and FastDL provision automatically, usually in about a minute. No tickets and no waiting around.
Can I install my own plugins and maps?
Yes. You get full file access through the panel and SFTP, so you can upload your own .amxx plugins, maps, models and sounds, and FastDL serves them to players over HTTP. We run a clean ReHLDS + ReGameDLL server with AMX Mod X available, and we do not install or support custom mods or third-party plugins, so anything you add is yours to manage.
Is Anti-DDoS really included?
Yes. Always-on filtering tuned for CS traffic is included on every plan at no extra cost, built to absorb common floods.
Where are your servers located?
We run premium nodes in Frankfurt (Germany) and Belgrade (Serbia) for low ping across Western Europe and the Balkans, with more regions coming in 2026.
What if I want to cancel?
No contracts, ever. Cancel anytime from the panel. Account credit is prepaid and stays on your balance for future use, but it is not refundable to cash.
